The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation is an international partnership of people dedicated to serving children in need of emergency and long-term medical care, nutritional rehabilitation, educational opportunities, vocational training and job placement, as well as children at risk of sexual and economic exploitation. The Foundation seeks to maximize the potential of each child through projects focused on health, education and community support.
The Foundation is registered with Dubai International Humanitarian City, license no. 150082.
In 2016 Nicki was one of 22 participants who campaigned and raised money to support the Blue Skies Ger Village, an orphanage completely funded by the CNCF.
It was on an Emirates flight where Nicki first saw the story of the charity and became convinced she had to help in some way. With support from a huge amount of clients who donated prizes (Including NAMSHI, HB Beauty, Sisters Beauty, 4 Corners, Isawitfirst.com, Pretty Little Thing and Dubai Parks & Resorts) the fundraising was a huge success.
The challenge involved months of preparation for a 70km trek, 200km cycle and 70km horse-ridden trek through Mongolia, eventually visiting the children at the orphanage. Staying in a tent throughout the 9 day trek, the project although very challenging was incredibly rewarding in so many ways and something Nicki would do again in a heartbeat.
