Started her career in recruitment in 2011, Nicki has built up one of the best reputations in the market. Not only for her ability to deliver excellent candidates but for the added value and knowledge she has of the industry. She is passionate about everything consumer related and is seen as a thought leader in the region due to her extensive network and contacts. Born into an entrepreneurial family she was exposed to F&B, Manufacturing, Retail, Entertainment and the Consumer industry from an early age.
She has worked with a huge amount of the most instantly recognisable brands in the world. Her client list covers all the big players and she has won an extensive amount of exclusive agreements through her unique approach and experience of the industry.
Emily is a young, innovative and ambitious member of the Genie team. She has a strong track record of fulfilling client requirements and needs, as well as supporting candidate’s with their next career step.
She has worked in the recruitment industry since 2014 and is a specialist across the MENA region, her core area of expertise is resourcing, candidate matching, 360 recruitment and relationship building. Emily comes from a background within the IT sector, which has made her exceptionally detailed in her approach. She has a very personable and honest approach to recruitment which has been the key to her successes.
Myra has been working in recruitment since 2015 supporting clients across all projects.
She has a strong skill set when it comes to finding profiles for niche and difficult roles. She is very candidate- centric and works very closely with them to ensure they are in the know throughout every part of the application process. Myra currently manages a team as well as a huge number of her own accounts including leading brands in entertainment, retail, automotive, accessories and agencies.
Kenny is a supportive and hardworking member of the team, she has a background working within HR, F&B and support roles before joining the Genie's in her first pure recruitment role.
Taking her experience working in various industries Kenny understands the challenges both employers and employees face and is talented in understanding the requirements from both sides. Kenny supports across all roles and has an eye for F&B and detail orientated positions.
Megan has a strong technical background when it comes to finding the right person for the role.
She is proud of her ability to think outside the box and use creative sourcing techniques to find hidden gems in the job market.
Megan manages a number of clients in the FMCG, Sports, PR, agency and beauty space clients here at Genie.
Carol was trained in recruitment by Genie before joining a leading hospitality group. She is a great candidate matcher and recently rejoined Team Genie to continue her career as a leading recruiter. Carol supports the team across multiple roles and is very quick when it comes to qualifying great candidates and delivering talent.
Connect in LinkedInLaura supports the team with admin tasks, invoicing and coordinating with clients/finance. She joined the team in 2023 and works closely supporting Nicki. She has years of experience in PA work and works with a huge amount of clients across the UAE.
